Art & Science Photography Prize

Dear colleagues,

we are pleased to invite you to participate to the 3rd edition of the Art & Science Photography Prize. The contest will be held in Catania during the 67th SIF National Congress. All participants are encouraged not only to show the aesthetic aspects and fascinating side of their research results, but also to embrace the camera and capture the inspiring, visionary and artistic side of "doing science".
Each participant is invited to prepare a maximum of three printed images (either in B/N or colour, with the longer side not exceeding 40 cm) and attach them to the dedicated panels at the congress center. Photographs will be exhibited during the meeting and evaluated by a qualified Committee of professional photographers. The prize will be awarded and the winner's photos will be displayed during the General Assembly. To this aim, we kindly ask you to provide the original files at your arrival. For participation, you should sign up at the time of your registration to the meeting. Anyway, if you forget it, you will be included by sending an email until 5 September 2016.
